I’m a board-certified dermatologist based in Denver, CO (originally from upstate New York). I started sharing skin tips on TikTok and Instagram because skincare advice can feel like alphabet soup — AHAs, BHAs, SPFs, serums — overwhelming, right? My goal: make it all simple, clear, and maybe even a little fun.
I cut through the noise with science-backed advice that actually helps your skin. No fear-mongering, no gatekeeping, no fluff. And yes, sometimes I add a bit of comedy, because if you can’t laugh while learning about transepidermal water loss, what’s the point?

I’m a board-certified dermatologist practicing in Golden, Colorado. I completed my residency at Boston Medical Center and earned my medical degree from the University of Rochester. I’ve also worked on research projects both in the U.S. and abroad, experiences that shaped how I approach patient care — and the way I share skin education online.
